The University of Oxford is a world-leading center of learning, teaching and research and the oldest university in the English-speaking world. The University of Oxford’s e-Research Centre leads digital research and drives innovation in technology. It connects disciplines, applications and computation to accelerate research and collaboration within the University, nationally and internationally. The Centre provides an environment that enables collaborative research, interfacing innovative technologies across academic & commercial partnerships to address the grand challenges of today and the future. The life science group, led by Dr. Susanna-Assunta Sansone, works around and in support of capture, management, curation and publication of multi-dimensional experiments and their pivotal roles in enabling reproducible research, driving science and discoveries (see e.g. the Biosharing initiative). University of Oxford will have an important role in WP2 for the standardization of cell migration data and metadata.
